- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- A handling fee of $19.00 applies to all returns.

- We strive to dispatch in-stock items within 24 hours. However, during peak periods, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. (Pre-orders excluded)

 

Black Friday Sale

- Due to high order volumes during Black Friday and similar sales events, please allow 2-9 business days for your order to be shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping - New Zealand

- All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx. Typically, delivery takes 1-3 business days from dispatch, though it may take up to 8 business days during busy periods.

 

International Shipping - Rest of the World

- We use FedEx for all international shipments. Delivery times range from 2-10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country.
